The ProGrillÂ® is designed to cook boneless products between two sets of heated platens that sear the outside of the product. ProGrillsÂ® are often used before an oven line to sear the surface of the product, but can be used to fully cook low profile products.
Contact cooking prevents product â€œpuffing,â€ adds cooking capacity to the line and improves product yield.The ProGrillÂ® is excellent for cooking boneless products such as:
